Reflect

How your past week was, the good & the bad.

Realize

By reflecting, you give yourself the space and opportunity to realize patterns of yourself. Things you like, things you don't - you are getting to know yourself better.

Realign

After having reflected and realized, the final step is to look unto next week and plan it. Realign it with your Goal, what are the action you need to do that will put you a step closer to your goal.

As Seneca once said:

"Devote yourself to meditation, to reflection, to studying the laws of existence, consider your part in the universe, and remember that your task is to be a good man, a good worker, and a good citizen."
